Japan’s Answer to Surviving a Tsunami

No need to fear drowning in a tsunami anymore! ?A Japanese company, Cosmo Power, has created a floating device to help people survive a tsunami. ?The “mini-Noah’s Ark” is yellow, made of fiberglass and is shaped like a golf ball, though it can hold up to four adults, albeit small to medium-sized adults. ?It has a small look-out window and breathing holes on the top of it. ?The company has stated the capsule can withstand tsunamis, earthquakes and hurricanes, which should be of comfort to potential customers. ?Since the tsunami and earthquake disaster back in March, the company has on order approximately 600 capsules that sell for $4,000 apiece. ?When not in use during a disaster, the capsule can be used as a children’s playhouse. ?Yet another cool invention from the land of the rising sun!
